About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional who loves closing deals? As a Business Growth Executive at BlackPapers, you will be on the front lines of our expansion, consulting with entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners to help them choose the right legal and compliance services for their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and consult with inbound and outbound leads (startups, SMEs).
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant business compliance and registration packages.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and share market feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex business registration and compliance concepts simply.
- Experience using CRM software to track pipelines and manage leads.
- A target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Salary: ₹4L - ₹7L + Performance Bonuses (Commensurate with experience and interview performance)
